As some of you noticed we have been trying to add the new staff ranks in our Staff positions to make it grow and give more chances to other players to be part of us. 

We noticed no one was applying to mod because people wanted to help us out but still wanted to enjoy our great server. So we decided to make a lesser mod that will still be able experience our server and still help us out. 

• Sub-Mods may ban other people if its a reasonable reason.
• Sub-Mods are not allowed to ban other people to make them leave if they are raiding or pvping or to give them an advantage over the player.
• Sub-Mods cant mute and jail people who they find is reasonable to do so.
• Sub-Mods are not allowed to curse or make mean or dissrespectfull comments toward other players and other players may not do the same to them either. They are also part of staff and must be respected as equals.
• Sub-Mods are made so they can play as equals they have no especial powers like gamemode or godmode, so do not worry about them being op.
• All Sub-Mods are final so don't post forums on who should and shouldn't be a sub mod

Next we have a new Admin position, which is HeadAdmin

This new rank has been earned by JR1994, JR has done everything he can for the server and is a one of the reasons this server is the way it is today. So to thank him we gave him the highest position, before us the owners of course, in the server. HeadAdmins have all the commands and must be respected as the highest authority before Owners. HeadAdmins are here to look over the staff and over the server so please give our new HeadAdmin JR1994 a hand! Congrats to everyone and your new ranks.

Now they will be and many questions and answers will be answered. Many people have been complaining or leaving because of the stuff that has been going on server. Plugin crashing/removal, staff inactivity and overall how things have been running.

     First of all, the plugin issue. Many of our major plugins such as mcMMO and Towny have been having many issues. 

    mcMMO has been taken out because it was crashing our server. I will be adding it back in the coming days. I am going to try my hardest to add it back without having to reset it. We will only do that if it's absolutely necessary and we have no other options.

     Towny has been causing us problems for awhile now. It has deleted towns, reset peoples money and overall has brought us troubles. I am going to try to do a total re-configure of the entire Towny plugin. This won't be a very quick process, but is very needed. I am hoping that I can fix every current issue that I have experienced with Towny.

     Now, on to the staff issue. Pretty much all of our staff has been inactive lately and not getting on the server. I am included in this and I am very upset with them and myself also. I will be making some demotions on certain staff members because of the lack of inactivity and interest. There is also a good part of this message. The CCStaff and I are happy to announce that we will be adding another staff position that will have some of the same perks as Mod such as, banning, kicking muting, etc. More info on the full abilities of this rank will be released soon. We are adding this rank for many of you that want to be staff.

     Lastly, I want to really stress the support issue. I am usually always on our mumble server and am willing to assists you guys with anything you may need. We have a support channel that you connect to and then one of the staff members will join shortly to assists you. If no one has helped you in 5 or so minutes. Send them a message to make sure they know you are there. Skype will no longer be a way of support and we will not respond to message about simple things.
